Four distinct flavours of chocolate truffles are usually available. The white truffles are crafted in white chocolate then rolled in toasted almonds with a filling of light chocolate truffle blended with orange. The mocha truffle is dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in milk chocolate flakes. Plain truffles come in two varieties - each containing a creamy truffle filling dipped in rich plain chocolate.
