Our chocolates and our chocolate truffles are carefully selected for their quality and we can collect them from the manufacturer daily. Because they are made with fresh ingredients they should be eaten within thirty days of arrival. To enjoy the chocolates at their best store them in a cool dry place but not in a fridge. If you are living in a hot place do not order when the conditions will cause the chocolates to deteriorate in transit. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return them within forty days maximum of receipt and a full refund of the cost of the chocolates will be made. All our chocolates may contain nuts.

Occasionally in very hot weather it is not feasible to post our Belgian chocolates - in which case we will delay posting until conditions are suitable. We will advise you by email if this is the case. Due to the vagaries of postal systems we cannot undertake to deliver the chocolates by a certain date but we will try to post as soon as possible by airmail.
